SUSHI × BOAT BAR TOKYO
A special collaboration plan has been created for a 90-minute experience on the original river cruise ship WATERWAYS III, departing from Nihonbashi, Tokyo, incorporating the atmosphere of the popular bar cruise "THE BOAT BAR TOKYO" and "Tachigui Sushi Sushigawa," a Bib Gourmand-listed standing sushi restaurant in Sasazuka, Tokyo. Enjoy Edomae sushi prepared right before your eyes by the chefs of Sushigawa, who are heirs to the Edo period's standing sushi culture, in a casual setting at a standing table on the boat, while savoring the river breeze and night view of Tokyo with champagne and drinks.
