In the spring of 2025, a new style of cherry blossom viewing cruise will be born. The newly completed river cruise ship ``WATERWAYSⅢ'' is designed with the concept of an onboard bar, and is a cherry blossom viewing cruise for adults where you can enjoy cherry blossom viewing with carefully selected champagne. Of course, mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails) are also available. Enjoy a cherry blossom viewing cruise that is a step above your usual experience from a spacious boat.
*Includes 1 glass of champagne or 1 non-alcoholic cocktail, 1 additional glass ¥2,000
*Please refrain from bringing your own food and drinks.
*There is no onboard guide.
*In case of rain, you may have to stand on the ship.
*Minimum number of participants is 10 people. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the event will be cancelled.

If you cancel for your own reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged.

If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you by the day of the event. In such cases, we will refund 100% of the fee to the credit card you used when registering.

Changing your reservation
If the number of people increases,
Please make a new reservation. Seats will be allocated in the order of reception on the day, so please rest assured.
If the number of people decreases,
A cancellation fee will be charged for the number of people who have been reduced. If you wish to change the number of people, please contact us by email at the address below.
In case of schedule change,
・To change your dates, please make a reservation for the new dates and then contact us by email with your old and new reservation IDs. Once we confirm your new reservation, we will cancel the old dates free of charge.
*Although your reservation will be duplicated, we will cancel the old date free of charge.

Important Notice
*On the day of your reservation, please come to reception under the name of your reservation. You will be allowed to board in the order of reception.
If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, we will contact you by email by the day before. If we do not receive any contact, the tour will generally proceed.
*Please refrain from bringing in food or drinks.
*It may still be cold during the cherry blossom viewing season, so please bring a jacket.
*Meguro River is affected by the tides of Tokyo Bay, so the water level may rise due to factors such as atmospheric pressure, strong winds, and the amount of rainfall from the previous day, and in rare cases it may be impossible to enter the river.
In that case, the tour will be changed to a tour around Tokyo Port (Rainbow Bridge, Odaiba, Tokyo Tower), and you may not be able to see the cherry blossoms.
Please note that if you change your course, there will be no refunds or discounts, but you will be given an additional drink for free.
*Please use the restroom before boarding. There are several restrooms around Tennozu Pier.
*Please arrive at Tennozu Pier 15 minutes before boarding time.
*If you are late, you will not be able to board the ferry. In that case, we will not be able to offer refunds or change to another ferry. Thank you for your understanding.

Directions from the monorail "Tennozu Isle Station" to the pier
Exit the central ticket gate
Exit the central ticket gate of the monorail "Tennozu Isle Station", go straight and turn left at the end of the long corridor. Go straight down the escalator at the end of the corridor.
Go down the escalator
When you get off the escalator, you will see an exit, so go out and turn left.
As you walk down the aisle
There are stairs, so go down.
When you go down the stairs
Once you reach the cobblestone road, go right and you will see a curve.
Exit the central ticket gate and go straight
Exit the central ticket gate of the monorail "Tennozu Isle Station", go straight and turn left at the end of the long corridor. Go straight down the escalator at the end of the corridor.
