How to make a reservation
STEP 2
Tentative reservation
After checking availability, we will reserve your seat as a tentative reservation. * We reserve seats for up to 48 hours for luxury cars.
STEP 3
Payment
Payment of the charter fee After your tentative reservation is confirmed, please pay the charter fee within 48 hours . ( 90 minutes: 253,000 yen ) Once payment is confirmed, your reservation will be confirmed.
STEP 4
On the day
If you choose to add drinks or snacks, please pay on the day.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:

30 to 8 days before: 20%

7 to 3 days before: 30%

2 days before: 50%

The day before / the day of / no-show: 100%
In the event of cancellation due to the organizer’s circumstances, you will be notified by the day of your scheduled date.
For cancellations due to force majeure, you will also be notified by the day of your scheduled date.
In such cases, 100% of the fee will be refunded either through the credit card used at the time of booking or by bank transfer.

Important Information
※ On the day of your cruise, please come to the reception desk under the name used for your reservation.
If the cruise is canceled due to severe weather, we will notify you by email by the day before your scheduled date.
If you do not receive any notice, the cruise will proceed as planned.
※ Please refrain from bringing your own food or drinks.
※ During the cherry blossom season, temperatures can still be quite cold. We recommend bringing a jacket or an extra layer to wear.
※ As the Meguro River is affected by the tides of Tokyo Bay, water levels may rise due to atmospheric pressure, strong winds, or heavy rainfall in the days leading up to your cruise. In rare cases, this may prevent the vessel from entering the Meguro River.
In such situations, the route will be changed to a Tokyo Bay cruise course (featuring views of the Rainbow Bridge, Odaiba, and Tokyo Tower), and it may not be possible to view the cherry blossoms.
Please note that no refunds or discounts will be offered in the event of a course change. However, one additional bottle of champagne will be provided complimentary.
