How to make a reservation

Tentative reservation
After checking availability, we will reserve your seat as a tentative reservation. * We reserve seats for up to 48 hours for luxury cars.
STEP 3
Payment
Payment of the charter fee After your tentative reservation is confirmed, please pay the charter fee within 48 hours . ( 90 minutes: 253,000 yen ) Once payment is confirmed, your reservation will be confirmed.
STEP 4
On the day
If you choose to add drinks or snacks, please pay on the day.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel for your own reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
30 to 8 days before...20%
7 to 3 days before...30%
2 days before・・・・・・50%
The day before/the day/without permission: 100%
If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you by the day of the event. In such cases, we will refund 100% of the fee to the credit card you used when registering.

If you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation, please send the necessary information to the email address below. A cancellation fee will be charged based on the date and time the email is received.

Changing your reservation
If the number of people increases,
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make a new reservation. Please rest assured that seats will be allocated in the order in which people arrive on the day.
If the number of people decreases,
A cancellation fee will be charged for the reduced number of people. If you wish to change the number of people, please contact us by email at the address listed below.
In case of schedule change,
・To change your dates, please make a reservation for the new dates and then email us your old and new reservation IDs. Once we have confirmed your new reservation, we will cancel the old dates free of charge.
*Although your reservation will be duplicated, we will cancel the old date free of charge.

On the day of your cruise, please come to the reception desk and give the name under which the reservation was made.

In the event of cancellation due to severe weather, we will notify you by email by the day before.
If you do not receive any notice, the cruise will generally operate as scheduled. -
Please refrain from bringing your own food or beverages on board.

Early spring can still be quite cold during cherry blossom season, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or outerwear.

The Meguro River is affected by the tides of Tokyo Bay.
Due to factors such as atmospheric pressure, strong winds, or rainfall up to the previous day, the water level may rise, and in rare cases the vessel may be unable to enter the Meguro River.In such cases, the route will be changed to a Tokyo Bay sightseeing course (including views of the Rainbow Bridge, Odaiba, and Tokyo Tower), and cherry blossoms may not be visible.
No refunds or discounts will be offered in the event of a route change; however, one additional bottle of champagne will be provided as a courtesy. Thank you for your understanding. -
Please arrive at Tennozu Pier at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
