Changing your reservation
If the number of people increases,
Please make a new reservation. Seats will be allocated in the order of reception on the day, so please rest assured.
If the number of people decreases,
A cancellation fee will be charged for the number of people who have been reduced. If you wish to change the number of people, please contact us by email at the address below. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations over the phone.
In the case of a date change, a change fee of 500 yen will be charged per person (adult and child).
・To change your dates, please make a reservation for the new dates and then contact us by email with your old and new reservation IDs. Once we confirm your new reservation, we will cancel the old dates (and refund the amount minus a change fee of 500 yen per person).

*On the day of your reservation, please come to reception under the name of your reservation. You will be allowed to board in the order of reception.
*If rain is expected, please bring rain gear (raincoats or ponchos recommended) . Please note that umbrellas cannot be used while on board. If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, we will contact you by email at least one day in advance. If we do not receive any contact, the tour will generally proceed.
*You are free to bring in food and drinks, but please limit them to sitting on your lap and be considerate to other customers so as not to disturb them.
*It may still be cold during the cherry blossom viewing season, so please bring a jacket.
*Please use the restroom before boarding. There are several restrooms around Tennozu Pier.
*Please arrive at Tennozu Pier 15 minutes before boarding time.
*If you are late, you will not be able to board the boat. In that case, we will not be able to provide a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Exit the central ticket gate
Exit the central ticket gate of the monorail "Tennozu Isle Station", go straight and turn left at the end of the long corridor. Go straight down the escalator at the end of the corridor.

When you get off the escalator, you will see an exit, so go out and turn left.

There are stairs, so go down.

Once you reach the cobblestone road, go right and you will see a curve.

Exit the central ticket gate of the monorail "Tennozu Isle Station", go straight and turn left at the end of the long corridor. Go straight down the escalator at the end of the corridor.
