Cancellation Policy
If you cancel for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:

30 to 8 days before: 20%

7 to 3 days before: 30%

The day before / the day of / no-show: 100%
In the event of cancellation due to the organizer’s circumstances, you will be notified by the day of your scheduled date.
For cancellations caused by force majeure, you will also be notified by the day of your scheduled date.
In such cases, 100% of the fee will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of booking.

The cancellation fee is determined based on the date and time we receive your email.

Changes to Your Reservation
If the number of guests increases:
Please make an additional reservation for the extra guests.
Seats will not be separated, as seating is arranged in the order of check-in on the day of the cruise.
If the number of guests decreases:
A cancellation fee will be charged for the reduced number of guests.
Please notify us of any change in the number of participants by email at the address below.
Please note that changes cannot be accepted by phone.
If you wish to change the date:
A change fee of ¥500 per person (both adults and children) will apply.

To change your date, please first make a new reservation for your desired date.

Then, email us both the new and original reservation IDs.

Once we confirm your new reservation, we will cancel the original booking and refund the amount minus the change fee of ¥500 per person.
※ Your reservations will temporarily overlap, but we will cancel the original booking on our end and process the refund (minus the change fee of ¥500 per person).

Important Information
※ On the day of your cruise, please check in under the name used for your reservation.
Boarding will be conducted in the order of check-in.
※ If rain is expected, please bring appropriate rain gear (raincoat or poncho recommended).
Umbrellas may not be used while on board.
In the event of cancellation due to severe weather, we will notify you by email by the day before your scheduled date.
If you do not receive any notice, the cruise will proceed as planned.
※ You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, provided they can be held on your lap and do not disturb other guests.
Please be considerate of those around you.
※ During the cherry blossom season, temperatures can still be quite cold. We recommend bringing a light jacket or an extra layer.
※ As the Meguro River is affected by the tides of Tokyo Bay, water levels may rise due to atmospheric pressure, strong winds, or rainfall in the days leading up to your cruise. In rare cases, this may prevent the vessel from entering the Meguro River.
In such situations, the route will be changed to a Tokyo Bay sightseeing course (Rainbow Bridge, Odaiba, and the Tokyo Tower area), and it may not be possible to view the cherry blossoms.
If the route is changed and cherry blossoms cannot be viewed, a refund of ¥1,000 per person will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
※ Please use the restroom before boarding. Multiple public restrooms are available around Tennozu Pier.
※ Please arrive at Tennozu Pier at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
※ Guests who arrive late will not be permitted to board. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.

Directions from the monorail "Tennozu Isle Station" to the pier
Exit the central ticket gate
Exit the central ticket gate of the monorail "Tennozu Isle Station", go straight and turn left at the end of the long corridor. Go straight down the escalator at the end of the corridor.
Go down the escalator
When you get off the escalator, you will see an exit, so go out and turn left.
As you walk down the aisle
There are stairs, so go down.
When you go down the stairs
Once you reach the cobblestone road, go right and you will see a curve.
Exit the central ticket gate and go straight
Exit the central ticket gate of the monorail "Tennozu Isle Station", go straight and turn left at the end of the long corridor. Go straight down the escalator at the end of the corridor.

The Tennozu area is divided into east and west! The boarding point is in the west area!
